What are good yoga, latin dancing, ab, or belly dancing videos for a 15 year old girl?
Any recommendations for yoga, latin dancing, ab, or belly dancing videos? Anything for me to get flat abs!
Yoga is to be practised under supervision of some yoga master who guides you or one with the "Asanas" apt for one. Pranayamam (breathing) can be done along with Padmasanas, I don’t know you have some Yoga masters in your area to guide you. Other things are not commonly used here in India. There are more than 84000 Asanas and one need not to do or practise all. may be a few which can be useful and suitable to one , are normally done with the guidance.

How can I learn to isolate muscles for latin dancing?
I dance salsa, bachata, & merengue, and I want to learn how to isolate my muscles for dancing. Where would I start?
There is lots of isolation in Yoga and in belly dancing if you have those DVDs. If you can afford it, take a private lesson in the type of dance you wish to pursue, but don’t sign a contract, or use your knowledge of the other dances and try it on your own, or ask one of your dance partners to work with you for fun. There may be something on your cable fitness channel that is free. Also, study female anatomy as in the following book: Women’s Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier

Bill Santiago’s “The Funny of (Latin) Dance” – Updated Demo, Sept. 2010
Standup meets latin dance
Bill Santiago brings his new hit dance humor show to New York City. After delighting audiences in San Francisco and Los Angeles, comedian and author Santiago (whose television appearances include Comedy Central, Showtime, Craig Ferguson, Conan, Chelsea Lately), now exports his latest high energy show to the Big Apple, melding standup monologue and Latin dance, for an interactive evening of hilarious body language, with live music.
The audience is invited to join in the fun, and hop up on stage with Santiago, to dance for him, with him and be interviewed about their dance experiences. No, you don’t have to dance to enjoy the show. But if you have ever taken even one dance class, or grew up with the dances as your cultural heritage or fantasized about moving to Latin rhythms, the show will have that much more resonance.
Will Bill Santiago ever learn to dance salsa “on two”? Will tango take over his life? Will he be arrested on domestic violence charges for engaging in the “quebradita”? Will he ever become an intermediate — at anything? Will he ever learn to communicate his intention? Will he ever learn “Cuban motion”? Will he get his dance fix tonight?
Calling all salsaholics, tango freaks, bachata addicts, merengue maniacs, chachaficianados, and bailamosapiens…who like a good laugh! Comedian Bill Santiago riffs on his feet – about his feet and yours! as he develops his next cable special, “The Funny of (Latin) Dance.” Come hear and help shape his take on the syncopated reconquista of American dance floors by the cadera-centric body language of la raza, aka the vida loca people. Be ready to share your dance stories – about every kind of latin dancing and to share your own dance moves to the live music.
